I recently got accepted into a university in the area and was in a rush to find housing. I stumbled across Belmont at Providence and it became one of my top picks. I ended up flying in for a day to check everything out because I didn’t want to go in blind and decided on this property pretty quickly. You’ll see right away that the property is well maintained, I saw no issues with the apartment I toured (which will be my future unit), and the entire staff that I worked with, especially Kionta, was phenomenal. Ms. Kionta was so nice and understanding! This was my very first time moving out on my own and she couldn’t have made the experience more stress free! She answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, with patience and to the best of her ability and made my move in day very easy and she explained things that made it easy for me to understand.
