My fiance Jerry and I have been here coming on 6 years this summer and it's truly been a great experience!! I loved living there; the staff was great! The place was well-maintained—very relaxing atmosphere and never had to worry about poop from the geese because the staff kept everything clean! Hands up to the maintenance guy who had that job! I lived there for over eight years and would have stayed, but the rent priced me out. When I first moved in, I had a 2-bed/2-bath for $1360, and by the time I moved out, it was over $2000, so sadly, I had to look elsewhere. If my budget changed, I would consider moving back.

My overall move-in experience at Belmont at Providence has been smooth and pleasant so far. The leasing staff (Ms. Joanna and Ms. Keys) were professional and responsive from the time I submitted my application until move-in day. They kept me updated on my lease approval and were helpful in answering all my questions.
