Ā RecommendedI moved in a week ago today and it has been nothing short of my expectations. Beautiful apartments with great views and it is quiet. The office staff are amazing, very helpful and attentive. Maintenance is very quick, friendly and gets the job done. 5 stars from me!Ā

So, today I called the office and was assisted very quickly with an issue that was going on. Maintenance came out, specifically Mr. Cj, and he was one of the best Iāve ever had in my 2-3 years staying in these apartments! He did his job and he made sure he checked every situation before he ever left. He even gave me advice for the future to make sure the issue never happened again. We have been living here for 8 months, we love every aspect of this community. Itās clean and safe. Teri is on top of everything and always with a smile. Hannah, our leasing agent always there for us. Bob has been a godsend in maintenance along with his crew CJ and Tom. The pool in the summer is pristine, and with the lake, we feel like weāre on vacation.Ā

For three years my husband and I lived in these apartments. It was a quiet neighborhood and the staff were always a helping hand. Living with the lake in the middle was always a lovely view. We were located to all shopping centers and not far from the highways. The complex is great for running. I would highly recommend Belmont at York to anyone. I loved living there and sure will never forget it.Ā
