I lived here for 1 year & left. The layout of the apt was nice & spacious. Landscaping was beautiful as well as the lake. I occurred more problems here than any place I ever lived. Parking is absolutely ridiculous, seems like it’s more residents than parking spaces. I literally purchased spider repellent from Amazon every two months & sprayed weekly to keep the spiders out, they were huge & always found a way in. Belmont has been a great community to live in their staff and maintenance people are awesome. The only thing I would compu about is they told be I only had to pay half months rent for Sept but when I asked about it they sai- oh I had to renew by June 26 that’s the first I heard of June 26. I was told to renew by Aug 31 I had plans for that extra money- new tires - so I guess I just have to accept it but it’s not really fairÂ
Do not live here. We lived here for a year and had to deal with our bathroom sinks LEAKING upon moving in. Our kitchen sink had rust spots on it - that hadn’t been cleaned. Over our time living there, we had a ceiling that developed water spots to the point that a CHUNK of our ceiling in the guest bedroom fell out. Upon moving out we found mold growing in our guest bedroom closet due to the guest bathroom having a leak. Lived here for 2+ years the maintenance people are nice however the owners are not. The sinks leak, the homes are moldy and there are spiders everywhere. Not to mention the AC always goes out. Very depressing place to live. Only plus is its proximity to base.Â
The office staff are very helpful. They waisted no time getting me the apartment I needed. There maintenance staff did a great job preparing the apartment for my move in ,there was absolutely nothing that needed fixed or redone. 100%recommendedÂ
