    Today, Mahak showed me how easy it is to create and edit social media posts across multiple platforms, and then to monitor for activity. BirdEye is really easy to use, and effectively connects my online efforts in one place.

    My parents live at Oak Court Apartments in Republic, Missouri. They have lived there for over 6 years. They have a handicapped apartment with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The apartments are conveniently located close to Walmart, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, eye doctor and hearing aid office. A senior center is also close to visit and eat with other seniors. Republic has a new Amazon providing new jobs and encouraging new businesses. Republic is a close drive to Springfield, Branson and Lake of the Ozarks for fishing, boating, shopping and entertainment.

    Birdeye is the best!Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye on behalf of my small business clients to gain reviews! The purpose for using Birdeye for my clients is not only to gain reviews, but to gain good reviews as well. The more reviews my client obtain, the higher they will rank on Google. Birdeye is a key component into helping my clients grow their small businesses!Pros - Easy to set up and account -Customer service -Fantastic marketing strategyCons - 10DLC set up was tricky -Faster customer service -Clear instructionsLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited for a client who can integrate with their CRM system. It is less appropriate when integration is not an option.Return on Investment - Makes my job easier -Huge return on the company for working so well -Clients and employees love itAlternatives Considered - I have never used anything like Birdeye.Other Software Used - Uberall, Google Ads

    I would recommend Birdeye!Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye for about 100 of my clients. We use it mainly to get feedback from their customers. We have some insanely successful campaigns through Birdeye that have helped improve my client's SEO immensely. We also use it to reply to reviews. It adds a personal touch to their Google page and Birdeye makes it really easy to come up with responses and rotate through them. It saves my clients a ton of time.Pros - Allows Integration for hands off review requesting -Responding to reviews with AI -A great customer service teamCons - More client management systems to integrate with -More atheistically pleasing QR code optionsLikelihood to Recommend - I have clients who say they are too busy to sent review requests to their customers but they would get so much feedback if they did. The integration feature is by far the greatest thing they offer. This is the best for people who see a ton of customers in a week and my clients with less a week don't see as much success.Return on Investment - In the 2023 Local pack/finder ranking factors for Google, High Numerical Google Ratings (e.g. 4-5) was #6. This highlights the importance of the reviews we're getting through the system. It has directly impacted our SEO for the better.Alternatives Considered - It's way more modern and offers more options than Review Wave. It's much more user friendly.Other Software Used - Uberall, Whitespark Local Rank Tracker

    Great Reputation Management System Pros: I like how it is super easy to use for myself but also for my clients coming from an different agency, it is very easy to explain but also fun to use at the same time. Being able to customize requests while also creating QR codes and responding to reviews is super helpful! The customer service is also supper attentive and being able to send my clients over to the support team at Birdeye I have never waited longer than a couple of days. Client is always satisfied! Cons: None really, I do think the site speed could be a little faster. Overall: My overall experience is that it has helped me and my clients out a bunch.

    Birdeye a well-priced option for local listings management Pros: The cost for local listings management is very competitive, which is what initially drew us to Birdeye. We have come to find that Birdeye provides incredible customer service. Our rep is quick to respond and always very friendly and enthusiastic. There are many other features available that we are currently not using yet, but are interested in -- most notably review management using AI. Cons: For the local listings management service, there are multiple groupings of directory listings that can be chosen from. This was not explained to us initially, so we went with the default one that we were assigned -- assuming we were being synced to all directories. Eventually, we realized that we were not being synced to all directories and we chose a different grouping then what we originally were assigned. Overall: Overall, we are quite pleased with Birdeye and plan to use their local listings service for years to come. The pricing is very competitive and we feed very comfortable with our rep. There are lots of other features that we hope to take advantage of in the future.

    So far Birdeye has been the best decision that I’ve made. I just wished that I would’ve used them when I started my business. Birdeye has helped me get double the reviews in one month make it simple to scan a QR code. I can’t wait to start using the referral feature.

    Best in the Business Pros: I love the dashboard and how easy the onboarding process is for my clients. My MSP has many clients in different industries using Birdeye. They all love it and appreciate it. Cons: Nothing. Everything is really good with this product. Overall: It's an easy-to-use platform to request and collect reviews from customers. I especially like the user-friendly interface and appreciate how easy it is for businesses to manage their reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback.

    Had to add another review! Pros: Adding another review as my resident's state they love the BirdEye platform. Cons: None at the moment. Birdeye is great. I'll let you'll know if there's any changes/edits I think may be useful. Overall: My experience has been excellent! Much more user-friendly than say, Google review.

    Was skeptical at first and honestly was not having a good experience. An account manager heard I wasn’t 100% satisfied and reached out to me. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and truly listened to me regarding my experience. He made it right and I am now extremely happy with my service.     Great software for any small business My overall experience has been great and I would highly recommend it PROS Easy to use for businesses as well as clients. We have received a significant increase in reviews The chat feature has changed our business for the better. CONS The contacts don’t always migrate properly. Sometimes it only transfer a email or phone number but not both
