    Great Reputation Management System My overall experience is that it has helped me and my clients out a bunch. PROS I like how it is super easy to use for myself but also for my clients coming from an different agency, it is very easy to explain but also fun to use at the same time. Being able to customize requests while also creating QR codes and responding to reviews is super helpful! The customer service is also supper attentive and being able to send my clients over to the support team at Birdeye I have never waited longer than a couple of days. Client is always satisfied! CONS None really, I do think the site speed could be a little faster. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Our company had it when I was hired, I was trained into it but love it!

    Birdeye a well-priced option for local listings management Overall, we are quite pleased with Birdeye and plan to use their local listings service for years to come. The pricing is very competitive and we feed very comfortable with our rep. There are lots of other features that we hope to take advantage of in the future. PROS The cost for local listings management is very competitive, which is what initially drew us to Birdeye. We have come to find that Birdeye provides incredible customer service. Our rep is quick to respond and always very friendly and enthusiastic. There are many other features available that we are currently not using yet, but are interested in -- most notably review management using AI. CONS For the local listings management service, there are multiple groupings of directory listings that can be chosen from. This was not explained to us initially, so we went with the default one that we were assigned -- assuming we were being synced to all directories. Eventually, we realized that we were not being synced to all directories and we chose a different grouping then what we originally were assigned. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE We made the switch based on cost and interface.

    Best in the Business It's an easy-to-use platform to request and collect reviews from customers. I especially like the user-friendly interface and appreciate how easy it is for businesses to manage their reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback. PROS I love the dashboard and how easy the onboarding process is for my clients. My MSP has many clients in different industries using Birdeye. They all love it and appreciate it. CONS Nothing. Everything is really good with this product.

    Property Manager I have had a pleasant experience using the product and will continue to use in the future. PROS How user friendly it is. It allos easy utilization throught the product. CONS I currently do not have any cons pertaining to the software.

    Birdeye Platform Review Birdeye has its ups and downs like any platform, but I do enjoy using it. Especially the contacts I have at Birdeye. They are always super helpful and responsive! PROS Everything is in one place and there is a suite of products that can make everything all-encompassing. CONS Sometimes it can be glitchy or take a while to load. Now and then, there's an update and that update may erase listing data. Sometimes there's an issue with the Google Business Profile connection where it doesn't send data or information to GBP. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE It wasn't my decision, but I think it was pricing.

    Had to add another review! My experience has been excellent! Much more user-friendly than say, Google review. PROS Adding another review as my resident's state they love the BirdEye platform. CONS None at the moment. Birdeye is great. I'll let you'll know if there's any changes/edits I think may be useful.

    Amazing Company. Pragya their on boarding specialist is the absolute best....knowledgeable, kind, friendly and extremely patient. Highly recommend this company. Make sure you request Pragya!

    We've recently started using Birdeye, and our onboarding experience has been excellent. Since launching our first review request, we've received several reviews already. When I signed up, Javier patiently answered all my questions, even those not typically asked, after I carefully read their terms. During my initial onboarding session with Abhyuday, he was very conscientious in ensuring I understood the setup and the next steps. My final onboarding session was with Karan, who was amazing. He answered all my questions, ensured I understood how to use the platform, communicated effectively, and was very friendly.

    I have been with bird for a short time, approx 1 month. So far I have received the information and guidance needed to help with collecting reviews. Time will tell how effective it will be. The only complaint I have is being in Canada and the system is seemingly built for the US. Not the companies issue with my location, just would be helpful if certain default could be changed. I would be giving 4.5 stars if I could as it is not perfect as of yet for me.

    Fast Response Time Pros: Birdeye's customer service is by far some of the best I've ever experienced! They not only respond in a timely fashion, they are professional and get it done right, every time. Cons: Google Business Profiles occasionally become disconnected and need to be reconnected, when this happens, we may not be notified a negative review has been received

    Very pleasant experience signing up and on boarding with Bird Eye. Our on boarding rep Hitesh Yadav was wonderful and made the whole experience very easy. He was very patient, explained everything in detail and trained our staff to use the system.
