I only recently moved into Clairmont and it has already been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Their staff is wonderful. The location is perfect and there are several food options and stores nearby. Veronica in the Lease office has been a pleasure to work with. She has been completely on top of getting me information on my apartment during my move-in process. 10/10 recommendation

The moment I walked into the leasing office last week I was immediately greeted with warmth and welcoming energy from all the staff, very much a "welcome home" vibe. Clairmont has been an amazing place to live in my time here in the Triangle. Their staff is amazing. The location is perfect for my commute to and from work in Durham. 10/10 I highly recommend. And Veronica in the Lease office is a ray of sunshine. She consistently helped me with getting information on my apartment during my move-in process and since then I've been living at Clairmont since.

My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years now. From day one Jessica has been the absolute best to work with. To this day she is the only person we chose to work with because we trust her fully and she knows her stuff! We’ve had your typical maintenance issues over the 3 years and every time the staff is fast to respond and helpful. Where do I start? Welp let's start with Veronica!! If helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and professional were a person (those should be the traits) Veronica would be who you would want to talk to. So made the process easy and that you what you are looking for in an already hard world that we are living in. Now, that I have moved in; I have had some minor maintenance concerns.
