RecommendedI moved to CAC earlier this year and it was the best decision! This community reminds me of one in the area of NC where my family is from. Everyone speaks to each other, and the neighbors become like family members who look out for you and your family as well. I love the location because we are literally near just about anything you’d need or want. Grocery stores, gas, shopping, it’s all within a mile. The staff goes above and beyond (not just to get you in, but they maintain the friendliness too). Definitely recommended!!

I recommend these apartments due to the fact it fills like home. The large windows for the sun to shine’ Surrounded by the famous stores! Come and join us for the upscale living and beautiful landscape!!

I love my home! The grounds are always clean, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, neighbors are friendly, and it is quiet. I enjoy the activities our management team puts together for the community. It goes to show how friendly the staff is to engage with us. I feel safe and love the location. I'm not going anywhere!

I been to other complexes and i found this one the cleanest and the staff are wonderful. You are close to all shopping. The residents are friendly and hard working people. I have been here since the end of Oct. and love it.

Months ago we'd narrowed down our very extensive list and visited the area from New England with a spreadsheet of potential homes for us. After visiting over a dozen on a weekend we settled on Clairmont at Chesterfield! The layouts, grounds amenities are well done and beautifully kept up! The staff has been wonderful regarding any and all of our needs. We moved during the pandemic and all accommodations were made for our safety. My family and I moved here in May and we have loved it so far. The leasing process with Emmanuel went smoothly and he answered all of our questions. The apartment is so spacious with a lot of closet space. The office and maintenance staff are professional and are courteous. It was great to see they knew a lot of their residents by name, which I believe shows a true sense of community. Whenever we have a work order it is completed in a timely manner. I absolutely love living here! Management is top notch and the maintenance team is superb. The pool party they had for the tenants in July was such a blast. The company spared no expense with an amazing DJ, catered barbeque, and even raffle prizes. The Clairmont is a great place to live for all ages. Having been a renter for 20 years now, I can say this is my favorite apartment by far. Thanks Morgan for making this an easy transition!!!
