I have been at Clairmont for a year now everything started off great. It was my first time living alone since I left college. Things started going downhill after the first few months. The gates are always open/broken, I chose this apartment because of the safety that the gated community was supposed to provide as well as I am paying for that being in the apartment complex. Get everything in writing! These people may over-charge, give you fake reasons for the charge, and make it impossible for you to pay the money they say you owe. We loved living in this property and had great neighbors. But all of that good will evaporated in the move-out process. First, Lisa (who works in the front office) failed to give us any move-out instructions other than telling us how much money was due on the move out date. I lived here 4 years ago and came back 1 week ago. I did have a big problem with one of the toilets but it got fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Always clean and the people who work in the main office are always helpful.

I been living here for almost a year. Now I am getting a townhouse build and need to stay 3 months longer until my new home is build. This apartment is been great but for them to up my rent by 500.00 for the next 3 months is really bad business. I showed them my contract for my home and when it will be finished date and all. They still didn't try to work with me. I will never refer anyone to move here if they are getting a house build and need more time. Never been late on rent ever and this the treatment I get. I am so happy to have moved to this complex! It has been nothing but great since we moved in. The apartment was cleaner than any apartment I have moved into before, the apartments are spacious, affordable without being a shoebox, the amenities are excellent and well maintained, and all of the staff are wonderful (especially Lisa)! As if this wasn't all good enough the complex is beautiful and sometimes we get views like this one 😍 I would say it's worth looking at if you are in search of a new apartment.
