Everything was so easy from applying for the apartment too moving in. I love how welcomed they made me and my roommate feel throughout the whole process and that was really important because who would want too live somewhere they dont feel welcomed… right?😂😂 They were also open to every question we both had and showed impressive professionalism towards us and we couldn’t thank Clairmont enough for the great experience. I have been living here over a year. Any questions or needs I have had are answered and action completed immediately. Employees and residents are all very friendly. A nice community to live in.

Office staff is fantastic! Very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Maintenance is also fantastic. Takes care of issues quickly!

I have been here for five months so far and have nothing but good things to say about this place. There have been a few times where appliances needed repairs, as expected over time normal wear and tear but the response from maintenance is impeccable and the system they have to report these issues is great. Just pop it into the website portal and someone comes and fixes it the same day if entered early enough if not the next day and no later. We've been here a year and just renewed our lease for another year. The location is the best for shopping, restaurants, and doctors offices. Jennifer and Meghan have been great to work with.
