I’ve had an excellent experience living at Clairmont at Joliff Landing. The management and maintenance teams truly go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Office was great to work with. We came from out of state and they were very helpful during our transition.

Mostly dealt with Morgan, however morgan and Alaina (if that's how you spell it) were both friendly and eager to answer any questions I had! Only thing about the property that I'm not too fond of, is the dog poop that is left in the grass behind the apartments. Other than great move in experience!

Maintenace crew here is outstanding, nice and polite. Have had to have the Maintenace crew here a couple of times and get the job done the first time. Office staff are also very helpful. Was a really a good move coming here.
