My fiancé and I just moved into this beautiful complex over the weekend. The move in process was so simple, quick, and easy and we are in love with our unit. The maintenance team is the only good thing about this apartment complex. I was a resident for well over a year and I paid in advance every single months. When I left, there were no damages done to the place. I made sure to provide my forwarding address to them, along with a 60 days notice. That was almost 6 months ago and they still haven’t refunded my deposit. I call them 3 times and have them the same forwarding address and they’re still not sending it out and they keep bringing up the same thing. They are rude on the pho... read more
This place is a literal joke. They denied me stating they couldn’t verify my income when I sent them literally 5 different documents proving my employment and income. I sent my paycheck stubs, bank statements for 3 months, offer letter, remote agreement and verification report. They kept asking me to go to the work number and retrieve a report (even though the work number states that reports that you as an employee request aren’t official, the party that needs the report is supposed to request) They didn’t want to pay for th... read more
We have lived here since the fall of 2020 and love it here. Not only are the apartments very nice with high ceilings, a lot of space but they have also thought through storage areas and there are plenty plus nice people here. We love it.
The apartments are well maintained and the common areas are kept clean. The clubhouse has a good size gym, game rooms, movie room, plenty of meeting spaces and lounge area. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
