I am pleased with the work my dryer works again with out cutting off. The frame is no longer coming apart and it was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the effort and dedication to fixing people’s things on time .

It has not been quite a year since living here at Clairmont but I’m still pleased with my living quarters! So much that I decided to renew for another year! Clairmont staff really tries to keep the residents happy by keeping up with the grounds, responding to maintenance requests in rapid time, and engaging the residents with events & activities. This apartment complex has been awesome. The maintenance is great and timely. I don't remember waiting more than two days for maintenance to come and fix utilities. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The amenities are also really nice, especially during the summer when everyone gathers around the pool and grills nice food. Overall it's a great place to stay.
