I love living here at Clairmont at perry Creek and currently have no issues, when I first move in, I knew by the environment and how clean and well-kept the community is that I was going to love it here. the staff has always been great from the ones when I first move here and the current staff now, I want to say special thanks to Mrs. Jeannie the assistance manager who has been here when I first moved in and has always been very nice, professional and always willing to assist in whatever the situation to make me feel comfort... read more

Germaly and the other leasing staff were welcoming and ready to assist any and every time I went to the office. I primarily worked with Germaly and she is absolutely wonderful. I am a senior and not great on the computer. I was about to give up on the application when she sat down beside me in the leasing office and guided me through. I recently toured this property earlier in the week and was very pleased during the tour. The property is well-maintained, no trash or debris on the property. Ample number of dumpsters throughout the property for residents to dispose of their trash. The amenities are top tier compared to other communities. The pool, clubhouse, movie theater, game room and gym are the best that I've seen in a long time. The apartment interior is well-maintained and aligned throughout each unit. I have been in this complex for 3 years going on 4 and I have enjoyed living in this this community. Never had an issue with anyone. The maintenance workers are exceptional and the office management as well. I want to give a shout out to all the maintenance workers who work so hard when we call upon you.
