I WILL START OFF BY SAYING, “I LOVE MY HOME” AFTER BEING A RESIDENT FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS. I HAVE SEEN THE OFFICE STAFF COME AND GO BUT ONE THING FOR SURE, TWO THINGS FOR CERTAIN MAINTENANCE IS THERE WHEN YOU PLACE A WORK ORDER. BUT 2 STARS IS BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF DISGUSTINGNESS AND THE TRIFLING RESIDENTS THAT RESIDES HERE. FOLKS NEED TO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY THEY LIVE IN. Let me begin by saying, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed calling Clairmont at Perry Creek “HOME” for six years. Throughout my tenure I’ve had nothing but beautiful interactions with the staff. Dion, Jeannie, Domi are ALWAYS willing to assist or help when needed. I had the pleasure to meet Shelli (the incoming manager) and she’s too sweet! My neighbors were the absolute best if I may say so and living here was amazing to say the least. Blessings!
The Clairmont at Perry Creek is a great place to rent. My tech professionals have been there over two years and have been very satisfied. Dion, the property manager and his agents are always very responsive and professional…. I highly recommend this place to my coworkers and friends.
This place is a joke! I lived here for 2 years and it was awful. I paid on time, never late. I broke my lease due to job opportunity. I was told to pay one thing. Later tried to charge me for the carpet that wasn't even damaged and once I sent them to the real-estate commission they were told that certain charges are not valid. I then get sent an email saying that I owed in liquidation damages A YEAR LATER. They care nothing but about money. The staff at this Community is very accommodating. Starting from the Property Manager Dion to the ladies in the office. Demetria was my leasing agent. She was always happy and willing to go above and beyond for her future Residents. The apartment was very clean and in working order. The location is great only a couple of minutes from the interstate. I highly recommend this Community.
