I been here 8 mos and ever time i put a request in they come fix it right away i really like it out here just the parking sucks.very big rooms ,water included washer and dryer included nice pool

Crystal Lakes The staff are nice and friendly, if you have an emergency with the apartment they have 24/7 services you can call and they show up quite early. The apartments are a good quality. They have 2 bedrooms, 2 nicely sized bathrooms, an outdated kitchen, and I nice size living room. The balcony on the outside is nice to just go and sit out on. Not too much noise, neighbors are nice and courteous. They have a pool that's opened during the season. All around its a nice place for a good price.

Great location, nice apartments, friendly staff... however as far as the community, its turned pretty bad. This past year has gone downhill from being desirable, quiet, and family friendly. Loud parties are being held with occasional and random fights any night of the week, mostly weekends. Suspicious activity and people are quite constant, esp of gangster wannabes and vehicle vandalism. The price to live here is not justifiable with the lack of some type of authority or patrol. Not to mention the long time construction being a real pain and sometimes blocking entry and exit of the apts.

A bit pricy but the manager is very nice and efficient. Maintenance is prompt. The neighbors and neighborhood is quiet and its in the middle of everything one needs!
