West Covina Location is super clean, super quick & also very friendly! They’re very helpful if you are feeling nervous & also very informative for any questions you have. My personal favorite here is ELIZABETH SANCHEZ!!! Every time I donate it goes so smooth & she’s very sweet. This location is just great overall & I have NEVER had a bad experience.
Ever since I’ve been coming to Octapharma, the staff have been very helpful right on time and very kind. It’s nice to see that they have smiles on their faces when helping other patients getting them in and out so they can go on with their day. I am happy to be a part of the Octapharma family. The staff members are attentive, engaging and informative. If in doubt, they'll answer the question accurately. I'm positively impressed on how clean and orderly the facility is. My first visit and all went very well. There aren't any lollipops. Although you can spin the wheel. YaYeee.
The most friendly and respectful staff I have ever met. They are continually working to make everyone feel comfortable and welcoming. By far the nicest people to be around
The staff here is super friendly! I haven’t had any bad experiences with them. They’re gentle when inserting the needle. A couple of times I’ve had to call them for assistance because I wasn’t feeling well and they came right away and helped me out. Such nice people that work here! I only spend less than an hour when it’s not busy, I make sure to stay well hydrated. Overall I like coming here. Plus it’s to help out, not just the money. I’ve had family members that have benefited from these centers.
