Well I had a problem with one of my light fixtures over my dining room table. Overtime and due to age apparently the lens cracked. I put in a notice about what happened and asked if it can be looked at. I had gone out just for a little while to do some shopping and when I returned it was already repaired, (REPLACED WHOLE LIGHT FIXTURE). THANK YOU to Mr. Smith and all concerned! Recently I had requested maintenance. A couple of lightbulbs were burnt out in my apartment. Thanks to the excellent employees and maintenance people, They were replaced in a very timely manner with no problems. Thank you for your great service, great smiles, and conversation.

Overall, great area to live in and the apartments are decent and roomy. Maintenance was great during my stay and office personnel were very friendly in the beginning. BEWARE, when you move out, ensure you do the walk through to avoid unfair charges. I rented an apartment for one year, alone, and often traveled for work. I kept my apartment in great condition. I just celebrated my one year anniversary with Park Place. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year and hope to enjoy many more. The staff are so helpful and very quick to respond to any need of their residents. They keep the complex very clean. I would highly recommend.

It’s been a pleasure living here. The staff and crew that work here are courteous always very helpful and always prompt on any repairs needed; and The landscaping and cleanliness outside besides the inside is always kept five star!

As with most things, the real test of customer satisfaction is when something goes wrong and it is resolved quickly, professionally and completely. The Park Place maintenance team is awesome and I have never had a single incident that was not addressed quickly and efficiently.
