The maintenance crew at Park Place apartments is top of the line. They are quick to respond and take care of the issues quickly and professionally. The biggest selling point on any apartment is the maintenance and Park Place is the best I have ever come across hands down. 👌

Well I had a problem with one of my light fixtures over my dining room table. Overtime and due to age apparently the lens cracked. I put in a notice about what happened and asked if it can be looked at. I had gone out just for a little while to do some shopping and when I returned it was already repaired, (REPLACED WHOLE LIGHT FIXTURE). THANK YOU to Mr. Smith and all concerned! Recently I had requested maintenance. A couple of lightbulbs were burnt out in my apartment. Thanks to the excellent employees and maintenance people, They were replaced in a very timely manner with no problems. Thank you for your great service, great smiles, and conversation.

Overall, great area to live in and the apartments are decent and roomy. Maintenance was great during my stay and office personnel were very friendly in the beginning. BEWARE, when you move out, ensure you do the walk through to avoid unfair charges. I rented an apartment for one year, alone, and often traveled for work. I kept my apartment in great condition.
