Maintenance is fast and efficient. Mac does a great job! They even respond to small requests.

The apartment complex is quite new (or at least renovated recently) and very nice, and has some good amenities (pool and gym). However, the speed of emergency maintenance needs to be greatly improved in my opinion. I recently had my A/C breakdown during the latest heatwave and it took them 3 1/2 days before it was working again, for someone my age I was able to deal with it but if a senior person or young child had to be in that house all day I think it would have been a different story. I've lived here for about 3 years now and the apt complex is very nice. Up-to-date building with great amenities of pool, gym, and multipurpose room. Staff is great. Maintenance responds to requests super fast within 24 hrs and Mac, who works maintenance, always does a great job! The location is awesome in City Center because you have beautiful fountains to walk around and many great restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. We wish to thank our exceptional maintenance team and office staff for the great work they do for their residents. You are truly the best! We would like to thank Dustin in Maintenance for the superb job he did in the middle of the night recently fixing a leak in our apartment and for his timely follow-up in repairing the wall afterward. We had a horrible experience at an apartment complex who was supposed to have our apartment ready. Come moving date the OTHER place was just a joke and followed through on nothing they had promised. So, we were without a place to live on moving day! We immediately went to Park Place, walked in, and were greated by Nikki. She was and is an angel from the start to the finish.
