Nikki spent the entire morning with me making sure that my new apartment would feel like the home that I need. She was energetic, encouraging and very professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a positive one. I highly recommend Park Place at City Center!

I recently relocated here from Charlotte. Before I moved to Newport, I decided to come up and shop for apartments. While in Newport I toured several apartments and found Park Place by accident. When I walked in I was welcomed by Nikki, who was my leasing consultant. She did a marvelous job assisting with my questions/concerns, as well as providing clear details (frequently) to assure that I understand the area and the apartment community. My fiancé and I were looking into moving from where we were at the time to something bigger for ourselves and our girls!!! We happened to be going to our bank which was a 3 minute walk from the Park Place rental office. Well there were no parking spots available in front of our bank so we parked in front of the leasing office. As we were coming back from the bank we noticed a “Now Leasing” sign outside.
