Quick service.
The gutters looked good to me at first I gave them a 5.0 rating, but after I had the gutters on they leaked. I called for service and the gutter guy came quickly but doused white caulk and screws all over everything. The gutters are not flush with my roof at least an 1/2 to 1 inch gap and seams are showing. I tried to call back and have gotten an answering machine. I hope they call me back. Also after installation they forgot to rehang my rain sensor for my sprinklers. This was repair work from hurricane Irma. Considering what was needed I was satisfied with the results, but I had to rent a lift for them to use and that took awhile and was expensive, but the job was too big for everyone else I contacted.
Great job, finished quickly and cleaned everything up before leaving. Gutters look great and were quickly put to work with rain next day.
I had spoken with another company but they failed to get me a quote so I called 3G. They took my info and got me the quote in a timely manner as promised. As soon as I told them to go ahead they scheduled it and got it done as promised. Excellent company to work with!
There were a few minor problems after the service. The owner came out to inspect, and a crew was out the next day to do the repairs. When a company gives this kind of service after the job, it says something about their work ethic.
They were very efficient and worked very well with my current personal situation and were very accommodating. Great people!
It's a smaller company,which I like on its face. But the owner came out to look and gave me a great price. I got quotes from every company HomeAdvisor. Not only did they underbid all the others, they were also the most personable. Brad, the owner/operator, did the estimate himself and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I had a question for. Theses guys are awesome and I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
