From beginning to end, the entire process was easier than expected! My fiance and I met with ******* today to go over a plan for new flooring. It's an exciting time for u because we just recently got engaged. ******* spent well over 2 hours with us going over multiple quote options and flooring options until we were satisfied. ******* got to know us and made it very personable. Ill be detailed to help those considering the company. Pros: All people were nice, and the install on the flooring itself looks good. Someone is coming to fix a mistake. Cons: Our sales *** talked us into the credit card. After considering it more we changed our minds and the *** said that was fine, we could change to any payment method we wanted once the floors were finished since they didnt get paid until we gave an A rating on our floors.
