My fiance and I met with ******* today to go over a plan for new flooring. It's an exciting time for u because we just recently got engaged. ******* spent well over 2 hours with us going over multiple quote options and flooring options until we were satisfied. ******* got to know us and made it very personable. My kitchen floor still squeaky, and I was told that they would fix that when they did the floor. I have called and still have not heard from anyone. So my suggestion is don't pay before you have checked and are satisfied with everything.

Ill be detailed to help those considering the company. Pros: All people were nice, and the install on the flooring itself looks good. Someone is coming to fix a mistake. Cons: Our sales *** talked us into the credit card. After considering it more we changed our minds and the *** said that was fine, we could change to any payment method we wanted once the floors were finished since they didnt get paid until we gave an A rating on our floors.
