My experience was EXCELLENT! From the consultation with ***** who was beyond knowledgeable, detailed and VERY patient with me to the Installer ******* and his team, who were prompt, communicated with me on the process and professional. We love our new carpet!! I would highly recommend 50 Floor for any type of flooring you might need. They bring the samples to you, which eliminates the hassle of going into showrooms. They are professional, efficient, and very responsive when contacted. We did get a second quote and it was almost double the quote of 50 Floor!

It was a good experience from the in home consultation to the installation. All involved were professional, on time completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up impeccably afterward. Definitely recommend 50 floor

The team who installed the floors were very kind. However, there were a few hiccups. When they arrived, the team thought the job was a lot less than what we had agreed upon. They were worried they wouldnt have enough flooring. They asked for my receipt because they didnt have it. Then they got it approved by the boss to move forward. The install ran later into the evening, and the team seemed rushed at the end. The gentlemen kept apologizing, but we were expecting a full day install anyway.
