The customer service representative that I called at A-Abel was very friendly and helpful. She managed to have a plumbing technician come out to change a leaking cartridge in a Moen shower faucet on the same day! The technician Bill arrived within a few hours. The old cartridge had been in the Moen faucet for 30 years and was very difficult to get out, and then the new one was hard to replace because of the buildup of residue within the faucet, However, Bill completed the job in less than a hour.
