Sam did a great job of diagnosising the problem of why our hot water heater pilot would not relight. There was a small breaker switch that we were not aware of. And the filter needed cleaning. We learned some future preventative maintenance to prevent the issue from reoccurring. A good job by Sam in correcting the problem.

I've used them in fixing my water heater and now more recently to replace my undermount porcelain sink and both times very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the jobs with no complaints.
