Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the problem and explained it to me. As a part is needed for the repair it, cannot be determined when it will be in due supplier issues. This is obviously a significant inconvenience due to the extreme heat we are experiencing and there are pets involved, so this makes other options limited. I did feel their concern about the situation is sincere and that they will remedy the problem as soon as they can. All their efforts will be appreciated. Barbara
