Horrible customer service. Horrible Product. Horrible installers. Floors should last more then 4 years and not fall apart. Never never again. Waste of $5k
Bought Provenza vinyl floors and had them installed by a professional. Came out amazing!! Then after 3 or 4 weeks we started noticing bubbles and protrusions in the floor. We called A&J to see if they can come out and take a look, their answer was contact the manufacturer. It has been a year of going back and forth and between A&J and the manufacturer, neither want to stand behind the product that they sell. Photos & full story to follow!! would not recommend. In short. We were sold a scratch proof/scratch resistant floor!! scratches to no end and they won't replace it. But did offer to give me two cases to replace a few of the pieces Did the next room with flooring from a Nother company, paid less money it's been over six months and that floor is holding up great. don't buy from this company
