Just had carpet and tile installed. The process went smoothly and at a price competitors were not close to. The installers were courteous and professional. My sales rep (Allen) was thorough and helpful and the owner (Ali) was also helpful and a pleasure to talk to. If I ever need flooring again I will definitely use A+ Floors and I recommend them to you.

What a great company Abdul gave me tons of information and helped with deciding on the right floors. The installation was great also, very nice workers and the floors were done in 2 1/2 days. Would use them again!

A + Floors 4 U is an extremely reliable company that provides excellent costumer service from start to finish and beyond. They did a fantastic job coming out immendiately to give us a quote when we had water damage from our water heater, and they managed to schedule us in for the following Saturday during their busy holiday time. Furthermore, the two gentlemen replacing our carpet arrived on time and worked relentlessly on completing our carpet within the time frame promised. Additionally, they did a fantasitc job moving all the furniture and putting it back, and the end result of their hard labor looked great. We are very happy with the outcome of our new carpet. Therefore, if you are looking for an honest, resonable and family oriented company that values their customers look no further. My husband and I do our research before we buy anything, even more so if it's a major thing like doing your floors! We went to each and every place in Katy area that sold and did the flooring, but this place stood out among them all! From Mr. Ali, the owner, who really works with you to ease the process of payments, to Mr. Chad, who really took the time to go through every little detail in making your house look more like home. And when I say every detail, I mean it! Even though I'm a perfectionist myself, this guy went even further and is very knowledgeable! I cannot be more pleased with this company! But the satisfaction does not stop there! The guys that they send to your home are very professional and very respectful but friendly - a perfect combination for a successful business. Mr Amer never forgets whatever he says he will do, and so they put the felt protection under each and every piece of furniture we had! I cannot praise them all enough and I highly recommend this place if you need new flooring done!!
