Jacquie Mitchell was wonerful to work with. We gave her an idea of what we wanted and she showed us a great lvt and carpet match that went wonderfully with the colors of our house. Really easy to work with and made sure we where happy. I will use her again!!

Everyone at Abbey Carpet and Floor helped make our office what it is today. From Trevor helping us decide which carpet would fit our needs to the carpet and vinyl installation teams working until the job was done, I cannot say enough how pleased we are. Nothing was thrown together. It was planned, measured, and designed so it would look great for years to come!

Very impressed this evening with the level of customer service that Trevor provided us. We came into the store 15 minutes before closing time thinking that we would be rushed out by a salesman that was ready to go home for the night, not only was that not the case he asked if we could wait 15 minutes and he would follow us home to do measurements, little did we know that he was also going to give us our estimate at the same time. We were so
discouraged today after another local company has kept us waiting for an estimate for almost a week. Thank you Trevor for making our day!
Every company should have an employee like him!

I cannot say enough about my recent experience with Abbey carpet, Trevor and his awesome install team. I had a water heater break and flood my house. It affected 3 rooms of my house and was a mess. The mitigation company referred me to Trevor at Abbey. He was amazing and stuck with me through the whole agonizing process of insurance and the bank. Between my insurance and the bank, both myself and Abbey carpet had to jump through hoop after hoop to satisfy the needs of the bank and the insurance. It was the most frustrating, difficult and long process! There were times I'm sure any other company would have told me to take a hike after hearing the ridiculous process they had to go through to help me. And right when things would seem to be ready, the bank would demand that they do something else. Trevor never wavered, never got frustrated and bent over backward to help me through this process. He took great care to make sure that we got the absolute best quality carpet with our 'allowance.' The carpet looks amazing, and feels amazing. The new padding makes everything feel so different and wonderful. I could not be happier. I stopped by my house while the install team was there. They were kind, professional, shook my hand and were full of smiles. Through this nightmare process of making a home owners claim, Abbey was the silver lining. I truly can't say enough about them. Absolutely love the customer service here! Trevor is an absolutely outstanding person to work with, knew what I wanted as far as flooring is concerned and never showed me anything out side of my budget. Very nice and professional, the showroom is very beautiful and welcoming. Trevor is not like a typical salesmen at all is not pushy, and makes your experience feel comfortable and easy. Colorado floors installed my floors and they look wonderful! You're in need of flooring go see Trevor and his wonderful installer!

We were in serious need of help and were completely new to the concept of flooring because we were brand new home owners. We went into Abbey Carpet and Trevor helped us not only choose the right flooring but he also educated us on flooring. We decided on a vinyl hardwood and actually just went back for carpet in our bedrooms. Always great help and when we are ready for our tile in the kitchen and laundry rooms we will be returning!!!! I highly recommend Abbey Carpet, if you have any reservations at all just go in and talk with Trevor you will be eased!

I had a flood in my home and needed a variety of flooring. Trevor Fritzel helped me.use my budget to get carpet, tile, laminate and installation. I went from a nightmare situation of a flooded home to tears of joy when they were finished. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
