Michelle Roberts is by far the kindest and most knowledgeable person in flooring. Not only does she do an amazing job guiding you towards a floor that will meet your needs, but she also follows up with a personal thank you to make sure that the job was done towards your satisfaction. ABC Flooring's prices are very economical and I cannot say enough about how extremely kind and helpful Michelle is. Very much worth a visit!
Michelle Roberts and ABC Flooring are FANTASTIC! We had vinyl plank installed in our entire downstairs and carpet installed upstairs. Everything went completely smoothly with no surprises and no drama! It was wonderful! Great quality, great value, and great customer service - you can't ask for anything more! We needed carpet installed quickly in our house just before putting it on the market. A friend suggested Michelle at ABC and our carpet was purchased and installed the next day!! Great price and fantastic service.
I have lived in my home 19 years - ABC put in vinyl plank flooring in my family room yesterday - it looks so good - I am so thrilled. Michelle is excellent to work with. The installers are very nice! As a side note in 2000 ABC put in hard wood flooring in my living room and kitchen and it still looks very nice 17 years later. Thank you so much
