Its unfortunate we are being rated for something that has nothing to do with our profession or quality of work. We take our employees driving seriously and would welcome and appreciated the details so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. We take pride in our crews and strive for excellence.
Had maple wood flooring installed by Affinity flooring. Resuts are 2 bad main traffic areas are squeeking everytime. I asked Beth what they would do to repair this problem? She said it would be a $1000 to come out and physically look at the maple hardwood floor and give an opinion.

We don't charge for estimates but do have a $1,000 minimum for jobs. The requested service was for squeaky floors that we didn't install. We recommended the service be performed by the company that has all the details of the installation. Our solution would likely be the same as the hardwood professionals that installed it and our intention was to encourage you to allow them the opportunity to address your concerns.
My oak floor “IS UGLY” said Frank, one of the owners, last year. But it’s our fault because our house is “too dry.” We had oak flooring installed in our kitchen and family room (11’ x 26’) in October 2007. Problems from the beginning… They applied the wrong type of finish.
