I was told a plan by higher up on replacing my water heater under warranty, we agreed to one and moved forward. Next day carol calls and says she isn’t gonna do it. She has been a headache and not reasonable and keeping there word. They now have lost my future business. So much for supporting local.
Could not get help finding what I needed, employees too busy talking �. Was tempted to just leave, did inform cashier, no response from her.
