Great family owned business. They planned out & installed all of our carpeting, ceramic tile floors & finished off our basement rec. room. The walk in shower is still in great shape after 24 years. Thanks Adair Floors.
Poor installation. Have a strip of carpeting about 10" wide wide in front of master bedroom, with no resolve. Looks terrible. Guests notice it
Used Adair for the 1st time for carpet in 3 bedrooms after being highly recommended from my parents who have used Adair multiple time for their carpet needs in two different houses. The staff was good in helping us select a product and setting up an instillation date. Fast forward to the instillation date.. was told to expect the installer to arrive between 8-9am. We are very sorry our installers whole family came down with the stomach flu the night before your job. The poor installer was at the hospital the night before your installation with 2 of his kids. The installer tried to cancel Monday afternoon because he was starting to feel sick, but you insisted on at least part of the job to be done which didn't turn out so well since he came down with the same stomach flu at your home.
