You know how stressful it is to build a house? An overwhelming number of choices and for me, done remotely via phone and zoom... And then there was Doris & Amanda. These 2 ladies made the ENTIRE "paint/tile/flooring/look" process so easy for me. In fact, without them, I'm pretty sure I would have had a mental breakdown. Seriously. I cannot say enough great things about Alexander’s. This is the second time we have used them for a home and we continue to be impressed with the top notch customer service. Amanda has been helping us this time around and is extremely knowledgeable and made this process so enjoyable. We love that they are a family business and local to our community! High recommend!
I wish I could give this place 6 stars! Kim was such a sweet soul the entire process. She would call me and give updates on our order within 10 minutes of them opening. She was on her A-Game the whole time! I will definitely be using this place and recommending it to friends and family for all future flooring needs.
