I have been trying to contact this company for 4 weeks now. I have left numerous messages about a problem with my flooring and still have not had a return phone call. Maybe they will see this and contact me. We love our wood floors and carpet, but where is the followup customer service when you need it post purchase????

I usually don't post reviews, but I am very unhappy with the experience I have had with this company. We have had issues with our carpeting from the moment it was installed. We upgraded the pad (several levels if I remember correctly) and I think we upgraded the carpet itself as well. Initially, we found little carpet pieces all over the adjacent hardwood (the strands of carpet will coming off the backing). When I called to inquire, I was told that this was normal and that I should simply "give it some time" because the carp... read more
Poor service. Was told someone would be with us and we waited....and waited...and waited.....finally just left.

Laura we are sorry that some Saturday’s are busier than we can plan for. We usually have a staff of 5 to 8 on the weekends but can’t always plan the amount of people that come.
