It’s been a month now and I still at times I walk through my house and I literally start crying. 😭 Using this company was the biggest mistake. I can’t speak to the teams they have to do anything else but the ones that install & refinish real hardwoods terrible. Not only what they installed was not good they refinished my existing hardwood and messed those up. 😭 😭 have holes in floor, swirls, and just recently realized the floor in one section is rolling (you run your foot across and you feel the unevenness of it) 😭😫😭😩... read more
Worst company Ever ..... owner is Rude to his Customers and has No Customer Relationship Skills .... there is no real employees all of his installers are Sub Contractors .::: installers don’t follow industry standards.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... Not Worth wasting ur Money 💰!!
