I'm looking for a second home in Raleigh and stopped in to the Apex location! So glad I did. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff with a great selection. They also have no interest financing for 12 months and a best price match guarantee. They've been at it for quite a while with another store in Raleigh as well... Highly recommended
We decided to do business with American Dream after I read a review from another customer. It almost seemed too good to be true. After hearing an ad on the radio from "Cregg, the floor guy" I knew I wanted this company to complete my carpet replacement. It was easy as 1, 2, 3. I went to the website, requested a quote, team member responded and the product was available before my wife and I were ready for install. More like American Nightmare. Didn't order enough floor, had to come back, got all their money up front and didn't finish the floor. Owners wife is nasty.
After waiting months to finish our floor because American Dream did not procure enough flooring for the whole job, they are now refusing to finish installing the remainder of it. They claim we hurt their installers feelings. Who knows why, but we do know that they got all their money up front. They have no integrity. Guess we'll have to go to the magistrate.
This guy is self centered and doesn't care about your job. He can't even measure right and doesn't pay his subs. Stay away from him.
The WORST experience I've ever had to deal with... Craig, the owner, called the crew that was working at my house and told them to stop work until our invoice was paid. Who would finish paying an invoice until the service is complete?! very rude, and unprofessional. I recommend 0/10...#AmericanNightmareFlooring
