Our experience with American Carpet One was exceptionally well. Starting with Carla Newson who was so helpful in getting us the best price and expedite the process. She was very professional, not pushy and very helpful. The installer Sam and his crew were also fantastic. The job was done well and very quick. They also helped us take out some furnitures out. We were so pleased with the ease of the process and piece of mind.
Over the moon happy! A huge mahalo to Burt Celebre (lead), Aris and Mark Pirerro (?) on an amazing installation. These boys were on time, polite, and very professional. Alyssa and Sean were very helpful and friendly is assisting me with my order. They had it ready for pickup and I was on my way very quickly.
The flooring in our home was just completed and we are extremely pleased with it. From beginning to the end, we are very pleased with everyone during the process. From the initial meeting and throughout the installation, Jenny was very pleasant and easy to work with.
