Dewayne is so great to work with!! He was our salesman and project manager. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He even designed the kitchen for us. I highly recommend anyone to ask for him when you walk in the store.
Had Berber carpet and vinyl plank installed 3 weeks ago. Aly was very helpful and efficient at the Pensacola store, in the showroom. She came out and took the measurements. My complaint is with the INSTALLERS. The carpet was cut too short in the living room and master bedroom. The carper does not even meet the base boardoard in the master bedroom. There is a gap. We had an amazing new hardwood floor installed in my office today. Aly, the sales specialist, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped us find the flooring that we were looking for. The installation crew was courteous and very efficient. We would definitely recommend American Flooring, Cabinets and Granite to all our friends and family.

The Pensacola location has been very supportive over many months, as we have visited on multiple occasions, from over 70 miles away in the Florida panhandle.
