John was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of selecting our carpet. He came to the house and provided a no cost carpet layout and square footage estimate.
The first flooring that we selected through our contractor was "recalled" at the last minute and we had to scramble to find something else or agree to take the original lot "without a warranty" (based on what happened later I'm now convinced this was an upsell scheme). We had our flooring installed 5 months ago and the price that they gave us in the contract went up four different times during the installation process. It ended up costing $1,000 more. And we just found that the planks were lifting up and buckling. And it has only been 5 months
Recently had new vinyl woodlike flooring installed in my house. John came out for the quote and provided excellent service. We got a few more quotes and AFC was the lowest. Flooring was installed quickly and flawlessly. I would use them again!
I sit here looking at our laminate wood floor that was installed 3 years ago by AFC and was rated at a 50-year life and equivalent durability of oak hardwood and it looks like it has 15-20 years of wear on it. The laminate is coming off in areas and the corners and edges of the product are all showing advanced wear.
