Bob Webb came out today to do some touch up painting. My baseboards look better than new! Bob is a professional who does excellent work. I highly recommend him.
Joann was very helpful with getting our flooring ordered. There was a little issue with the shipping & that's the only reason 4 & not 5 stars. She was easy to get ahold of in emails & on the phone & always emailed or called right back. I was a little apprehensive about ordering through a company I wasn't familiar with, especially with all the scamming that happens. But they were definitely legitimate & did their best to complete our transaction.
We had the best experience with Joann and can't recommend her enough. She made a special trip to the Stelzer Rd. location to meet with me and Jay, who does the actual rug cutting, was kind enough to walk me through options for having the rug bound. We gave them a tricky space with multiple corners and only wanted a 5" reveal around the edges - it fits perfect!!

Patrick was our sales rep/contact and he was able to get us scheduled quickly! We wanted new carpet down before moving into our new house, and he made it happen! Excellent price, great install team, they did a thorough job with clean up and vacuuming. Highly recommended!
