Very friendly guys, I think the guy I spoke with is named Dan, he was very nice. They have a lot of flooring samples. I ordered some 20"x20" vinyl flooring which came in faster than expected, which was a plus. This place supplied the flooring for my subdivision. I would recommend to go there and just take a look at the samples on display, there's a nice selection.
We used the Floor Source to install new carpet on our entire upstairs floor. Natalie was great to work with in the store but then everything went down hill after that. The installers didn't show when they were supposed to- resulting in my wife and I each taking a day off work to find them as no-shows. They tried to deliver and install a pad that was much cheaper than the one we paid for. Waiting for the right one resulted in hours of a delay. After 3 long months fighting with our HOA, we were finally able to get our carpet installed. America's Floor Source was wonderful to work with from Paula who picked out our carpet for us and the men who installed it today. They made sure the process was as quick as it possibly could be and we could not be happier!

Great Service with a smile! I had carpet repaired in door way due to damage and Joey was great. They came out and gave free estimate on the work and also walked through the repair process with me step by step. The staff was very knowledgeable of the work and kept me informed throughout the repair. I would highly recommend and use them again if ever needed.
