I cannot say enough GREAT things about Mimi at Atlanta Flooring in Suwanee!! Her communicate was always clear and within a timely manner. We never had to wait for her to call us back, text or email us. There was a small problem with the flooring that we, including Mimi, were not aware of but Mimi went out of her way to make it right!! The workmanship of this company is absolutely horrible! They installed the new hardwoods in my townhome and had to be called out twice for repair work. Now I'm having to deal with repair work again for the third time, but now of course, it's on me since I'm past the one-year warranty. This company was a choice of my builder, not me. If you have a choice, I'd definitely recommend steering clear of them!

I can't say enough about the excellent experience that we had with AFDC in Suwanee. The level of professionalism was apparent from the beginning of the process to the end. Since we had water issues with our previous floor, Mimi showed us a beautiful waterproof product that we absolutely loved. We are first time homeowners. We went into the store and were able to find exactly what we wanted on our budget. In a fairly short timeline we had our house measured and received a quote. The installation took a day and a half. They communicated well and the installers were very professional.
