We had an appointment with Pamela Courtnay on Tuesday, February 28, to select a backsplash for a kitchen. She was terrific, she assisted us in selecting a countertop as we needed to do that first and then we proceeded to select the backsplash. Our experience at Avalon was amazing! Thank you to our sales rep Anna for making it easy and stress free for us! We were able to secure bathroom floor, shower wall, and shower floor tile for our master bathroom in a matter of only a couple hours. Great financing plan as well. Thanks again Anna!

Five stars to Avalon Flooring and Michael Gregorovic. My wife and I walked in without an appointment and were treated to over two hours of courteous, professional, and expert service. Michael is an absolute pleasure with whom to work. He did not pressure us at all and spent a lot of time helping to find the perfect combination of a plush carpet and wood-grained tile flooring for our living room, dining room, stairs, and foyer.
My husband & I are both in construction. We wanted to pick a hardwood flooring for our last home. We knew what we wanted , but were looking for someone to answer specific questions , having never installed one ourselves. Amy Oeste was the perfect saleswoman for us. She listened, gave direct answers, did not try to sway or upsell us from our vision . We both appreciated her demeanor and obvious knowledge of product. It was a pleasure to do business with her.
