Professional, quality installation and service. We had our flooring and carpet installed a while ago, and we can honestly say we still love our flooring and the wonderful, professional service we received. We did our research and went to at least five flooring stores and online reviews to get exactly what we wanted, and at the right price. My sister and I needed to get our grandmother's bathroom subfloor and flooring replaced. Not only did we get a great quote on beautiful flooring but they came and did the replacement the next day!! We had them remove our tile and replace with LVT a few months back. I would say overall average job. Demolition: I would have a professional demo company remove tile. Bakers did not have the appropriate equipment to control the dust. Also they cut into my drywall everywhere to remove the base board. They could have been a little more careful to just cut through the caulk and not the drywall. Installation: Good for the most part. They were not great with mixing up the boards. LOVE my new floors! Installers, Justin, Henry, and Jax were professional, respectful, and hard working. I had several difficult architectural issues, and they worked with me to delivered exactly what I asked for. They removed several hundred feet of tile, taped plastic everywhere to minimize the dust, gently moved my large appliances to lay flooring underneath, installed new beautiful modern baseboards, and all at a very reasonable price. Bakers flooring did great work on the tile in my bathroom for a very good price! They were able to schedule me an appointment on short notice, they started work on a Friday night and they were done by Saturday afternoon and the floor looks fantastic! I also appreciate that they kept the space clean and left no mess behind. Mike was very nice and even let us know how to best take care of the stone flooring that we chose.
