High quality material, skilled labor and competitive prices. Baytown Floors have done several jobs for us, always excellent results. I would highly recommend them.
Baytown Floors installed over 600 sq. ft of floor tile in my home and they did a very good job. My home looks great with dark wood and beige tile flooring combination. James Moss, the sales person who worked with me, was instrumental in selecting the appropriate tile.
Flooring was great, however one of the helpers put a hole in my wall. When the supervisor asked if he did it, he said it was already like that. Ummm no! I don’t think so 😡 Now we’re stuck trying to make repairs on a wall with wall paper that’s 20 years old.
Floors look good, but the installers beat up my lower cabinets, left a piece of my furniture outside overnight, and left my ceiling fans on high overnight (to help dry out the leveling material) and that burned up the motor to one of the fans so we had to buy two new fans in order for them to match. Yes, I have pictures too.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Baytown Floors. They did an exceptional job on my floors. They arrived on schedule and ready to work. They moved all furniture and hauled away all the old carpet and made the area look just as they found it. I love my floors and I am so glad that I chose Baytown Floors to do the work. If your looking for reasonable prices and quality work, please stop in and pay them a visit. You'll be glad you did.......i will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!
