The process of deciding on carpet all the way through installation was really easy! ! The girls in the office picked out great samples after listening to what I was hoping to find. Jerry came out to measure and he was also very helpful in explaining differences in carpet and the process of completing the work. My bathroom turned out great. The workmanship on the floor and tile up the walls are fantastic. Bob is a true craftsman. Everybody who has seen it say's it is beautiful. After receiving several estimates from several local companies, we decided to go with Behrs USA Flooring. The installers were amazing! They not only did an excellent job, they were also very courteous and kind. They even offered to help move our furniture back after installing carpet for 8 hours in one day. Jerry was so nice and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! It was truly a positive experience for us. Highly Highly recommend!
