My first experience with Bennys was 2 years ago, and I would've given 5 stars then. I was happy with the service and the work that was completed. After some water damage, part of my floor needs replacing now. I started the process 2 weeks ago. I made multiple phone calls to them trying to get answers on estimates, ordering, and scheduling because no one ever called me back when they said they were going to.
