I recently picked up a wedding dress (beautifully cleaned and preserved, btw!) at your Delmar, NY store. I want to specifically thank Iris for her courteous and friendly attention during that visit. She was clearly busy with many orders but retrieved mine and answered my questions with patience and a smile. Thank you, Iris; your kindness was so appreciated!

I am a new customer of Best Cleaners. I have used them 2x for jackets that I thought were hopelessly ruined. They were able to clean the stains completely and the jackets honestly look brand new. I am extremely happy with their services which were also very quick. And they have awesome communications. 10 stars not 5.

I typically love you guys, but you left stains in my coat I sent for you to clean. Didnt point them out and charged me full price. I asked upon dropping would the stains be a problem and I was assured they wouldn't be. It was disappointing 😞

Overall good experience. Just wanted to pass along some feedback on things I discovered after bringing items home. Two delicate silk scarves had been pinned and this left holes in them that cannot be fixed. Another white blazer had the stain unable to be removed but I believe I was still charged for this item (not 100% sure).
