I have been waiting since Jan 2024 for a replacement 0n my mattress that has not held up. It was purchased 6 yrs ago. Has a 10 year warranty. Keep being told next week, next week, next week.

We just had an excellent experience with Bierman's! From the beginning help picking out a carpet, to the bid, to the completion everything went smoothly and everyone was nice, helpful, and professional. We are so happy with the finished work. We have been working with Bierman's for numerous years with various projects for our house. They have done all of our flooring needs. Always excellent......which is why I was very upset by the last installers that were hired to do my install. I should have kicked them out maybe before they even started. As a contractor myself, I know what the requirements were for laying this floor. They were not followed.
