Rob Arrington and his colleagues in the Service Department quickly diagnosed the issue with my 2020 Honda Accord hybrid. They were professional, courteous and went the extra mile. They dropped me off at my home 2-3 miles away and picked me up at home when my car was ready. Rob got the work done in the agreed upon time frame and was a joy to work with. I will be getting all my service done there from now on.
