Some years ago the flooring industry, in the Greater Los Angeles area, had a problem. The mom and pop shops everyone grew up with, staffed with home-town dedicated professionals, were being replaced with large warehouse chain stores staffed with people who, when you could find them, would sell you anything...but could not tell you why carpet was soft and tile was hard. Prices were good, but service was another story. People needed good prices and good service.

They removed my review. That's why there are no negative reviews. Avoid this place. Do not understand the positive reviews. They were nice when we ordered and rude after that. Terrible installation. Nails sticking out and obvious seams. I called them to come fixit and they yelled at me on the phone. Wonderful. Will never use them again.
